Old or damged photographs can be computer restored. This is achieved by scanning the old photograph; is is then computer enhanced and restored by removing scratches and print creases. Adjustments are also made for densisty and colour, as necessary. The original photograph remains untouched - it is the scanned copy that is worked on.

 

 

 

 

For this to be carried out the original photograph is required; an assessment is made of the required work and the client is contacted with an estimated price. If the estimate is acceptable, payment is requested, which includes post and packing. The work is then completed and printed to the client's requirements, which depends on the size of the original picture. It is advisable to send the original photograph in a strong package, preferably by recorded delivery. Prices range from £15 for this work.
